Stay Up-to-date
So I'm sitting here with Desiree and we're going through her personal journal. I came to the realization that everybody is on different levels. Everybody has a different outlook on life and you never know what someone is perceiving through their lens. Be mindful. Spread love. Live Life.

I'm feeling really inspired lately. I discovered an artist by the name of Ameer Vann through a collective called BROCKHAMPTON, and I absolutely love his music. Everything he says in his raps is exactly what I've been trying to say in mine for over three years. Some people have even noticed the similarities between us, so I find that pretty cool. I'm currently developing ideas for my next project. I sent out a survey to my Snapchat followers asking them what type of project they would be interesting in hearing, and out of the three choices, the final decision is that I will be stringing my first semester of college into a cohesive project. If I can obtain the rights to the instrumentals of these tracks, then I will upload it to all the distribution services, but as of right now, I'm treating it like a mixtape that'll go up on Soundcloud for a little while. Stay tuned in for more, this is Suave, and I'm out.
I know it's been awhile, but I had some trouble logging into my account. The issue has since been resolved and I will start blogging again. Thank you for your patience and support throughout the years!
As of now, the only thing I have been working on is learning as much material as I can about audio engineering. I'm trying to get as proficient with mixing and mastering as possible, so that I may proffesionally mix and master my music as well as any other artist who doesn't have the funds to get their music done by big-time engineers.
I have watched over twenty tutorials on how to mix and master properly, and I am now in the process of remixing my entire album until I get it right. I also have been working towards my next January Jamz tape, which is less than three months away. January Jamz will only be available on Soundcloud. This Summer, I released The Pin to major streaming services such as Spotify, iTunes, Google Play, and more. I received a lot of love and support for the album, but I want to do more. I went out of the country and did a fair amount of promotion there, but I still need to do more. Over the next nine months, I will continue to work on more material, but more importantly, I need to increase my fanbase. I will work with my team to look for venues to perform at, but this year, I'm more focused on promotion.
The next step is to promote the album. To do that, I need to tap into my resources and spread the word. This summer, I will be promoting myself and meeting new people to learn more about the industry. I will be collecting instrumentals for my next project: Book 2: Mezzo Cammin and I will also find venues to perform at. Though I will be out of the country for a month, I could still spread the word about my music.
I'm excited to announce that pretty soon, I will have my very first music video completed. Thanks to Ahmad Hill, who recorded, edited, and co-directed the video, there will finally be something for you to watch! The video will feature a single called "New Horizons." I hope you enjoy it and it will be on YouTube very soon.
The Pin is done. I will upload it to all the popular streaming services very soon.
I have been working with Life Sentence on the instrumentals for the album and I have majority of the instrumentals that I will be using, and I have been writing and revising the lyrics that I want in the songs to make sure that everything is perfected for the release. I have been promoting January Jamz around the internet and it has been a success.
